Brightest blessings. Life truly is an amazing journey. We often find it filled with many twists and turns, ups and downs, joys and sorrows, triumphs and losses, and MANY questions along the way. For many years I struggled with finding my own soul path. I found myself asking those famed questions...."What is the purpose of life?" and "What am I here for?" as well as "Who exactly am I?". These are all really great questions and for each of us that answer is different. When it comes to life, there is no "One size fits all" option. Life is about navigating through it ALL. Life is about figuring out who we are, what works for us(and what doesn't), what is important to us, and it can all be overwhelming. I have always been a kind-hearted and compassionate soul. I volunteer, work as a subsitute teacher, and pride myself on being a great listener and friend. For years I had a kindling of an idea as to where I wanted to take my life, but I couldn't put my finger on what exactly was missing. I had taken a classes through The Greater Good Science Center, which is part of Berkeley in California. I loved the ideas they represented, but still felt as though something was off in my life. So, the search for that missing link continued. In 2016 I came across a company called The Dragontree Apothecary(they have an amazing planner and you should check it out!). A couple of years later I came across their coursework, researched it abundantly, and instantly "the stars aligned". Yet, I still struggled with believing in myself enough to take that leap. I began with their Sacred Expansions program. In that program we worked on clearing away our "gunk" and clearing away that which no longer serves us so that we can make way for what is to come. As I progressed through the course I knew that The Well Life Coaching program was exactly what I needed to complete. So, I took that leap of faith in myself and committed to the certification process. As a Well Life Coach, I will be able to help souls find their own way through the questions and hopefully lead you towards the answers you are searching for. Often we forget that hope is real, that light always breaks through the darkness, and that our story is so very important and amazing. As a life coach it will be my honor
to work with souls and help them along their path. At this time I am currently in the midst of my life coach training. Once my certification is complete I will update this portion of the website and I will begin working with individuals to help them along their journey.
